About Us
The Candida Diet website is the premier online resource for reliable, up-to-date information on Candida overgrowth, gut health, and the Candida diet.
The articles on this website are written by nutritionist Lisa Richards, along with a team of health professionals.
Since 2006, the website has been publishing free information on Candida overgrowth and helping people to follow a healthy, balanced Candida cleanse.
Research shows that gut imbalances like Candida Related Complex (or Candida overgrowth) can contribute to symptoms like a weakened immune system, changes in mood, skin conditions, poor digestion, and much more.
The approach used by Lisa and our team at TheCandidaDiet.com is science-backed but people-led. That means we take the latest scientific research into gut dysbiosis, Candida, and digestive health, and present it in a way that is accessible and easy-to-read. There is a particular emphasis on providing dietary advice that can easily be implemented into fast-paced modern lives.
We work hard to provide content you can trust, so that you can feel confident in taking the next steps to improved digestion and better health.
