roma tomatoes

red onion

small cucumber

cilantro

garlic clove
Juice from 1 small lime
Salt to taste
Instructions
Peel and deseed the cucumber.
Chop all the ingredients (the smaller the better).
Mix together and serve with quinoa crackers.
